When travelling from the EU to the UK

There is no extra tax or duty to pay on goods you have bought in another EU country as long as tax was included in the price when you purchased the items. The items will also need to be only for your own use, and have been transported to the UK by you. Gifts are fine, but does not include any items that have been purchased with the intent to re-sell.

Although there aren’t any limits on goods brought in from Europe, a Customs Officer will probably ask you questions if you arrive at the airport with more than:
